Hardly none manager can maintain that 9:00 a.m. Monday meetings a fully-efficient and interactive. All the more in a context of remote working generalization, it’s time C-levels and manager succeeded in involving deeper their coworkers during meetings, be they via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or (rarely) at the office. To do so, they should anticipate the meeting, provide their employees with key information they should know before the meeting, clearly define, schedule and prioritize who is going to talk on which topic. At the end of the meeting, everyone should have a place dedicated to feedbacks, to access information and data mentioned during the meeting.

What's the magic solution ?

Our solution is creating a Slack channel every single time a meeting is scheduled. In other words, as soon as a meeting is created in a Outlook Agenda, a slack-channel named « reunion-XX/XX » (xx stands for the date) is automatically created.

Do you want to understand the process ? Let's have a look below:

Whenever someone of your team or firm creates an meeting on Outlook, Zapier gets the information and a webhook is generated. This webhook initializes a program which will generate a Slack channel. Easy as ABC ! You can no create a new message to say who is gonna bring croissant on Monday !
